An interpretation from the image
of Barachiel.
The name means 'Benedictio Dei' in latin, "Blessings of God". Barachiel is the archangel of blessings, represented as roses / white petals. This angel brings God's blessings to humanity, from Heaven to Earth. 

Barachiel is the chief of guardian angels and watches over converted and adopted.
